Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies and organizations who desire a marketing presence beyond recognition during the event. Each sponsorship package includes event tickets online promotion and the social media presence, for a specified time frame.

Placement of company name/logo on the UFCW Minority Coalition and Faces of Our Children (FOOC) websites and social media platforms for (1) year, with prominent recognition along with company’s homepage linked accessible via event webpage as Platinum Sponsor of the event.

Make checks payable to: UFCW Minority Coalition and mail to: 8400 Corporate Drive, Ste 200, Landover, MD 20785. Camera-ready files and logo can be emailed to minoritycoalitionufcw@gmail.com. The deadline for submitting ads is Friday, November 1st. Complete and mail the following form to the address listed above.

Hotel Information: 

The Conference will be held at the Hilton Washington D.C. Capitol Hill Hotel, located at 525 New Jersey Avenue, NW. The UFCW Minority Coalition has negotiated a discounted nightly rate of $249.00, plus taxes and gratuities, starting on November 13th. To secure your room at this special rate, please call the hotel directly at 800-445-8667 or use LINK to book online and reference UFCW or book online before the October 8th hotel deadline. 

Parking: 

The hotel has overnight parking for a nightly rate. Please ask the hotel for details. 

Transportation: 

There are major airports servicing the Metropolitan area: Reagan National, BWI Thurgood Marshall and Dulles Airports. Shuttle service, taxi service and Ride Shares (Uber & Lyft) are available at all airports. Super Shuttle Express and ExecuCar are also available 24 hours daily and both can be reached at 800-258-3826

AT-A-Glance:

Please note that there will be a Welcome Cocktail Reception on Thursday evening for those arriving on November 13th. The conference will begin on Friday, November 14th and on, Saturday, November 15th, our evening will kick-off with dinner, followed by our awards ceremony. 

By registering and/attending any or all of the conference events, participants agree to appear in photographs/video footage taken for lawful purposes, with or without his/her name to be used for, and/or including publicity, Illustrations, advertising, social media and web content.
