2025 Minority Coalition Educational Conference

On behalf of the planning committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome all of you — speakers, advocators, researchers and union members — to this year’s conference. We are delighted to have attendees joining us from across the country, all united by a shared commitment to advancing our members in our communities.

This conference is a call to action. It invites us to confront difficult realities while envisioning bold possibilities. On Friday, November 14, we will explore Resist, Rise, & Reclaim, exchange ideas, and collaborate on solutions that shape the future of protecting our rights. We encourage you to engage fully — ask questions, share insights, and connect with colleagues old and new.

As we gather to learn, to connect, and to act, let us remember: resistance is not just opposition — it is creation. Rising is not just surviving — it is thriving. And reclaiming is not just restoration — it is transformation.

Welcome to Resist, Rise, and Reclaim — a space for truth, solidarity, and the unwavering belief that collective action can and will build a better future.

A special thank-you goes to our 2025 sponsors, speakers, and planning committee who made this event possible.

Once again, welcome to 2025 Minority Coalition Educational Conference. We look forward to an inspiring and productive conference.

Transforming Ideas into Action

In a time of escalating division, how can we strengthen the bonds that unite our diverse communities? This panel brings together organizers, and advocates to discuss cross-community collaboration as a strategy for resistance and resilience.
