Hotel Information: 

The Conference will be held at the Hilton Washington D.C. Capitol Hill Hotel, located at 525 New Jersey Avenue, NW. The UFCW Minority Coalition has negotiated a discounted nightly rate of $249.00, plus taxes and gratuities, starting on November 13th. To secure your room at this special rate, please call the hotel directly at 800-445-8667 or use LINK to book online and reference UFCW or book online before the October 8th hotel deadline. 

Parking: 

The hotel has overnight parking for a nightly rate. Please ask the hotel for details. 

Transportation: 

There are major airports servicing the Metropolitan area: Reagan National, BWI Thurgood Marshall and Dulles Airports. Shuttle service, taxi service and Ride Shares (Uber & Lyft) are available at all airports. Super Shuttle Express and ExecuCar are also available 24 hours daily and both can be reached at 800-258-3826

AT-A-Glance:

Please note that there will be a Welcome Cocktail Reception on Thursday evening for those arriving on November 13th. The conference will begin on Friday, November 14th and on, Saturday, November 15th, our evening will kick-off with dinner, followed by our awards ceremony.
