The Minority Coalition is proud to announce that UFCW Local 324’s executive board has appointed Shamika Romanak as Secretary-Treasurer of UFCW Local 324. This historic milestone marks her as the first Black woman to serve in this role within her Local’s leadership. Shamika brings years of dedicated service to her union, not only through her leadership within Local 324 but also through her important work as a UFCW Minority Coalition Executive Committee member.
